Welcome to the new season - Site updates

After a long hot summer...... the club is about to commence its ninth season of meetings.The first meeting will take place at our usual venue,The Shopmobility Centre in Ilkeston,adjacent to Erewash Museum at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4th September.
This meeting is a welcome back evening where members are invited to bring along their cameras or any photgraphs that they wish to discuss and the membership will aim to offer help and advice where they can.
This meeting is an ideal opportunity for potential new members to see the club for themselves so anyone thinking of joining us then please do come along and say hello.We are a friendly crowd and you will be made most welcome.
The full programme up to Christmas will appear on the "Programme" page as soon as I have it,a committee meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday so hopefully it will appear after then.
I have also,after an age updated the site.Most of last seasons news is now in the News Archive,the links have expanded,I have added a "Downloads" section where software and useful documents can be found and the style of the gallery has changed too.I am also shortly to add some new pictures so please keep checking back.
Hope to see all current members plus hopefully some new faces on September 4th.
